How long is the warranty on the product?
We offer 10 years on the frames, 15 years on the hardware, and 10 years on the glass with argon gas. This gives you peace of mind knowing your investment is protected.
Double Glazed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faults, Integra Windows and doors are guaranteed for 7 years against workmanship defects, hardware is guaranteed for 7 years against faults. Customers are responsible for regular maintenance, lubrication and adjustments of the windows and doors.
Please note: warranty will be voided if regular maintenance is not performed.
