Integra Windows provides a range of glass options filled with argon gas to minimize heat transfer by up to 70% (known as Low E glass type). This significantly enhances the performance of the windows and offers homeowners and builders a cost-effective way to achieve superior energy ratings.

Utilising energy-efficient glass has many benefits:

• Comfort levels: it will be naturally cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Internal drafts and condensation are reduced
• Energy savings: lowered cost for conditioning spaces with artificial heat and cooling
• Less greenhouse emissions: with a lower load impact on artificial heating and cooling, there is less energy output and reduced emissions
• Noise reduction: filters out significantly more noise than standard glass

Clear Glass

Clear Glass (Insulglass Classic) are traditional Energy Efficient Insulated Glass Units (IGU) that consist of 2 or more pieces of glass manufactured as one unit with a trapped air gap separated by a desiccant filled spacer bar and sealed with a primary and secondary seal for structure and guaranteed performance.

Although no coatings are used, the Insulation is unrivalled from any single glazed glass options and optimised by the use of argon gas which is supplied as standard with all Clear Glass units (may exclude some specialised sizes).

Australian made Insulated Glass Units (IGU) made with clear glass offer:

• High Clarity for unspoiled views and connection to the outside
• High Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) to maximise natural light entering inside for a lighter, brighter home with increased well being

Low-E Glass

Low Emissivity Glass is an Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) that incorporates cutting-edge technology. It features a high-performing, energy-efficient sputter-coated low-emissivity glass (LowE), also known as a “soft coat.” This innovative technology, with atomic layers of silver and metal oxides, provides superior performance in insulation without the risk of visible haze that other traditional coatings can have.

We offer 4 types of Low-E Glasses:

1. Insulglass LowE Prime®
An ideal Low-E for warmer climates to minimise Glare and a balance of Solar Control and great Insulation. Up to 72% Better Insulation (lower U-Value). Up to 36-52% Better Solar Control (lower SHGC).

2. Insulglass LowE Plus®
An ideal LowE for colder climates with maximum Visible Light, Passive Heat Gain and excellent Insulation. Up to 76% Better Insulation (lower U-Value). Up to 30-57% Better Solar Control (lower SHGC).

3. Insulglass LowE Advance®
Excellent performance to advance both Solar Control and Insulation without compromising Visible Light. Up to 78% Better Insulation (lower U-Value). Up to 58-69% Better Solar Control (lower SHGC).

4. Insulglass LowE Max®
Superior performance to maximise both Solar Control and Insulation, without compromising Visible Light. Up to 78% Better Insulation (lower U-Value). Up to 68-74% Better Solar Control (lower SHGC).

Acoustic Laminate

Specialised high performance acoustic laminated glass allowing superior noise blocking for a quieter, more comfortable home. Being a laminate glass it also comes with added benefits (safety, security, quiet and protection from fading factors from harmful UV rays).
